    KGK Genix, one of the UK’s largest and most reputable large format print companies, is offering an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Installation & Dispatch Manager to join our production team.     Based in our Harlow office, you will join a stable team of 60 highly skilled and dedicated staff who take real pride in their work, whether it’s a complete rebrand, an exhibition stand or retail display window. 

    The Role

    We are looking for an experienced and motivated Installation and Dispatch Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role where you will oversee the efficient coordination and execution of installations and dispatch operations. You’ll ensure that all installations are completed to a high standard and that our logistics run smoothly, ensuring our clients receive their projects on time and in perfect condition.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate the installation schedule for projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and deadlines.
    • Oversee the dispatch and delivery of print materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Liaise with project managers, production teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution of installations.
    • Booking access equipment, writing H&S documentation and ordering access equipment.
    • Monitor and maintain health and safety standards during installations and logistics.
    • Manage and lead the development of installation and dispatch related systems, processes and software.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
    • Track and report on dispatch and installation performance metrics and financial data.
    • Maintain and manage inventory for tools, equipment, and vehicles.
    • Covering the Stock and Procurement Manager during holiday periods.

    About You

    • Proven experience in installation management, logistics, or a similar role, ideally within the print, signage, or retail display industry.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.
    • A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering quality and exceeding client expectations.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to installation and logistics.
    • Proficient with relevant project management tools and software.

    What We Offer

    • A salary of between £28,000 and £45,000 DOE
    • End of year performance related bonus
