We’ve launched a ‘Student Retail Design & Careers Competition’ to help equip students with the skills and experience they need to kick-start their career and to drive interest in the retail design, visual merchandising, and print industry.
The competition takes students on a complete journey, from developing initial creative window display concepts through to manufacturing physical graphics and displays from their designs.

We’ve taken part in the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP), a government funded programme that brings businesses and education providers together to discuss skills needed now and in the future.
By taking part in focus groups hosted by Herts Chamber of Commerce and Essex Chambers of Commerce, we’ve contributing to ensure that young people will be equipped with the right skills needed to work within and support the county’s economy.
To drive interest and encourage new talent into our industry, we regularly exhibit at college and university careers fairs and chat to students about what a future in creative large format print would offer them.
We also present to large groups of students at career focussed events and discuss our work experience placements and apprenticeship scheme.
